SACHIN R. MEHTA, ESQ.
Attorney
Sachin Mehta founded the firm in 2007 to have direct client contact and to control the types of clients and cases he takes on. He brings over 20 years of experience in all facets of civil and criminal litigation, business consulting, and contracts. Prior to the firm's founding, Sachin worked at firms representing auto manufacturers and video companies. Sachin also served as a public defender for the U.S. territory of American Samoa.
Sachin received his Juris Doctor (J.D.) from University of Southern California, Gould School of Law and his Bachelor's Degree (B.S.) from University of California, Los Angeles. During law school, he externed for the Honorable Alan C. Kay, District of Hawaii.
NIKOL K. FISHER, ESQ.
Attorney
Nikol Fisher has been with the firm since 2012 and brings with her a wealth of litigation and estate planning experience. Prior to joining, Nikol worked at a large global law firm where she gained valuable litigation experience by representing the nation’s largest servicers of securitized commercial mortgages in foreclosure, receivership and lender liability matters. She then transitioned her practice to estate planning after working alongside one of the top estate planning attorneys in San Diego. Nikol enjoys establishing personal relationships with her estate planning clients and giving them peace of mind in planning their futures.
Nikol received her Juris Doctor (J.D.) from University of California, Hastings College of the Law and her Bachelor’s Degree (B.A.) from University of California, Los Angeles. During law school, she externed for the Honorable Carlos R. Moreno, California Supreme Court Justice.
JESSICA D. LEW, ESQ.
Of Counsel
Since joining our team in 2010, Jessica has played a crucial role in the firm's litigation practice. Now of counsel to the firm, Jessica is a deep well of knowledge and experience in the areas of business, employee/employer disputes, and all manner of legal problem solving. She is currently an internal investigator at the University of Southern California.
