Nikol K. Fisher, Esq.

Nikol joined MEHTALEGAL in 2012, and manages the firm's estate planning practice, having previously worked alongside one of San Diego's premier estate planning attorneys.  Prior to joining us, Nikol worked at Bryan Cave LLP where she represented some of the nation's largest financial institutions in resolving loan defaults and defending against wrongful foreclosure actions. Nikol also represented employers in defense of claims of discrimination, retaliation, wrongful discharge, and wage and hour violations. She also practices business litigation and employment law for MEHTALEGAL.

Nikol received her degree in English from UCLA, graduating cum laude, and her J.D. from Hastings. While at UC Hastings College of the Law, Ms. Fisher served as a judicial extern for both the Hon. Roger T. Benitez in the Southern District of California as well as the Hon. Carlos R. Moreno in the California Supreme Court.
