Welcome to Our New Website, Blog, and Newsletter
Welcome to MEHTALEGAL's new website and blog! I’ve had my hands full since I started this office more than nine years ago. We’ve handled everything from complex business suits, to catastrophic personal injury cases, to a dog bite case. We’ve helped people and businesses solve a variety of problems, in and out of court. We’ve shut down a fraudulent plumbing scheme, coordinated seizures of pirated goods with the U.S. Marshals Office, and assisted people with getting their new businesses off the ground.
Nearly 100% of our caseload during this decade has been through referrals. So, thank you to our friends, family, and clients. Also, I’m lucky to work with people that I admire and have known for years. Notably, my law school trial partner Zachary Bulthuis; my first boss and mentor Warren O. Hodges; our indispensable senior associate Nikol K. Fisher; and of course, my long time law partner, Jessica D. Lew.
This new website and blog represent a new chapter for MEHTALEGAL. We have added a formal estate planning practice, managed by Ms. Fisher and Ms. Lew. We also plan to be more active online, with informative blog posts and notable legal updates.
